Private Placement Advisors' clients have two primary responsibilities.
1. The Client will be asked to provide the needed corporate information and other data required to draft the offering documents and assist with SEC and state filings, such as history of the company, manager bios, information about the company’s planned
operations, financial projections, and operating agreements, if any. The Client is responsible for retaining and coordinating legal or tax professional services, as needed.
2. The Client will need to dedicate time to work with us to develop structure, pricing, valuation, and to make other key decisions related to the offering.
We usually have clients ready to initiate their offering within three to five weeks of our receipt of the requested information. Clients who are still developing material may have to wait longer.
